URGENT NEED: 

Tualatin Youth Football needs someone to step up and join the board for the remainder of the season as the Concessions Director. 

All of the leg work and initial set up has already been done, we just need a person (or 2, or 3, the more the better!) who are willing to commit to making the Snack Shack run smoothly for the remainder of the season.  This would entail the following:

• get food from Haggen once a week or so (and banner on first food pick up)
• get volunteers for the rest of the summer practice season
• work with Tracie and team parents for volunteers on game days

Again this year, Haggen has graciously agreed to supply ALL of our food & supplies at no cost.  THANK YOU HAGGEN!  This means we have an opportunity to generate substantial revenue and, hopefully, be able to keep playing costs lower in the coming seasons.  We've already lost significant revenue by not having it available the first week of practice.

ON A SIMILAR NOTE:

We have several board positions opening up for next season.  We need some people to be willing to come forward to ensure the program continues on at its outstanding level.

The following are positions that will need to be filled in Nov or Dec at our annual membership meeting:

• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Apparel Director
• Officials Director
• Coach of Coaches
• Communications Director
• Concessions Director

As you can see, we are losing half of our board members next year.  It would be especially advantageous if parents of younger players could step forward to maintain some continuity for a few years.
