IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT RETURN INFORMATION:
The end of the season is close at hand, which
means equipment turn-in will be happening soon.
Each team should have an Equipment Manager to collect everyone's equipment
either after the last game or after the team party. Please make sure you
know who you're team's Equipment Manager is & be sure to get your equipment
to them in good condition. Please wipe down the shoulder pads so they
aren't too rancid :)
All equipment must be returned in order to receive your equipment deposit
refund. Refunds will be mailed to anyone who emails us at
info@tualatinyouthfootball.org with the following information: 1) Player's name
2) Player's team 3) Name to make the check out to, and 4) Name & address
where to send the check.
If we do not receive a request for a refund with the above information
before the end of the year, you will not receive your refund.
Team parents, please share this information with all of your families at
the time of equipment collection/team party/game so they are aware as some may
be experiencing computer problems or have no email at all.
